About Mack Direct

Mack Direct is a UK-based PC retailer specialising in gaming PCs, refurbished systems, PC components and upgrades.

We started Mack Direct with a simple goal: to make buying and upgrading a PC straightforward, reliable and affordable.

Every system we sell is carefully selected, cleaned, tested and prepared before it reaches a customer. Whether you're looking for a ready-to-use gaming PC, upgrading an existing system or looking for individual components, we aim to provide practical solutions without the unnecessary extras.

PCs built with care

We focus on offering systems that provide genuine value for money, with specifications chosen around real-world performance rather than simply chasing impressive-looking numbers.

Our PCs are thoroughly tested before sale, with Windows configured and the system checked to make sure it's ready to use when it arrives.

Upgrades & support

Already have a PC that needs a boost? We can help with everything from additional RAM and storage to graphics card, processor and full-system upgrades.

You can also send your PC to us for an upgrade, allowing us to assess the system, recommend suitable improvements and return it ready to go.
