Delivery Information

At Mack Direct Ltd, we aim to get your order dispatched quickly and securely. Most orders are sent using DPD, with tracking information provided once your order has been dispatched.

Ready-to-ship products

Items that are already built, tested and ready to go are normally dispatched within 1 working day of your order.

Most ready-to-ship orders are delivered within 3 working days.

Custom-built PCs

For custom-built or made-to-order systems, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be completed and delivered.

This allows us time to source any required components, assemble the system, install and configure the software, thoroughly test the PC and prepare it safely for delivery.

We will keep you updated if your order is expected to take longer than the stated timeframe.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed before our daily processing time will normally be prepared for dispatch on the next working day. Orders placed outside our working hours, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.

For larger or higher-value PC systems, we take additional care with packaging to help protect your order during transit.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate this with the courier.

Please note: Delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not necessarily from the date the order is placed.
